Are a small device implanted into the heart just below the collarbone used to set the rhythm of your heart. It has leads to connect, send, and receive electrical signals in the heart.
Pulmonary Artery Sensor (CardioMEMS)
Is a small device implanted in the blood vessels of your lungs that can detect if your body is collecting extra fluid. This information is shared with your health care team who can change your care plan and medicines.
